Add-ons, Credits & White-labeling

Extend your Pro plan — remove HelpJet branding, add extra bot slots, buy credit packs that never expire, and set up auto-recharge with a monthly spend cap.

Pro can be extended in three ways: removing HelpJet branding from your bots, adding bot slots beyond the included three, and topping up your interaction pool with credit packs — manually or automatically. All of it lives on the Billing page.

Remove "Powered by HelpJet" — $79/mo

By default, deployed bots carry a small "Powered by HelpJet" badge. This add-on removes it across every deployment channel — the chat widget, page embeds, and chat link pages — for all bots in your organization at once.

To enable it, find Remove "Powered by HelpJet" in the Add-ons card and click Enable — $79/mo. The badge disappears from your live bots automatically — no re-embedding, no per-bot setup. The Billing page plan summary confirms the state: "HelpJet branding removed" vs. "HelpJet branding shown".

To cancel, click Remove add-on. The badge returns to your deployed bots automatically.

Extra bots — $20/bot/mo

Pro includes 3 bots. If you need more, the Extra bots add-on adds slots at $20 per bot per month.

In the Add-ons card, set the number of extra slots in the input next to Extra bots and click Update. The change is prorated on your next invoice, and the new capacity is available immediately. Your plan summary shows the total — e.g. "4 of 5 bots in use."

  • A bot occupies a slot while it's Active or Building. Inactive and Archived bots don't count.
  • Reducing extra slots below your current active-bot count works the same as a downgrade: surplus bots are deactivated newest-first and restored if you add slots back.

Credit packs — $30 per 1,000 interactions

When your monthly allowance won't stretch, credit packs add prepaid interactions on top:

  • $30 buys 1,000 interactions.
  • Credits never expire and carry across billing periods.
  • Your monthly allowance is always consumed first, so credits are only touched once it's gone — you can't lose them to a month-end reset. See Understanding Interactions.

To buy one manually, open the Credits & auto-recharge card and click Buy 1,000 credits — $30. Your Current balance updates within a few seconds of checkout completing.

Auto-recharge

Auto-recharge buys credit packs for you, so a busy month never leaves your bots silent. When your remaining pool falls to a threshold you set, HelpJet charges your saved payment method $30 (plus tax) for 1,000 interactions.

How the spend cap works

The cap is your hard backstop against runaway automatic spend:

  • Once automatic top-ups reach the cap within a billing period, auto-recharge pauses — the bot then stops when the pool empties, rather than charging further.
  • The cap resets with your billing period. You can also buy packs manually at any time — manual purchases don't count toward the cap.
  • The cap is a net amount: tax is added on top of each charge and isn't counted toward the cap.
  • Leave the field blank for no limit.

The card shows your standing at a glance — e.g. "$60.00 of $90.00 auto-recharge spend used this period" — and flags when the cap is reached.

Common questions

Do credits expire or reset when I downgrade?

No. Credits never expire, carry across billing periods, and survive downgrades. On Free you can't buy more, but an existing balance remains yours.

Does white-labeling apply per bot or per organization?

Per organization — one add-on covers every bot you have, current and future.

Can I be charged more than my spend cap in a month?

Not by auto-recharge. The cap is checked before each automatic top-up, and a top-up that would exceed it doesn't happen. Manual purchases and your base subscription are separate and unlimited by the cap. Tax is added on top of each charge.

Why don't I see the Add-ons section?

Two requirements: your organization must be on Pro, and you must be an organization admin. See Organizations & Team Members.

I bought credits but the balance hasn't updated

The balance appears within a few seconds of payment confirmation — you'll see "Payment received — your credits will appear in a few seconds." If it's been longer than a minute, contact support from inside your HelpJet dashboard.
