Born from fifteen years of support tools
We’ve spent fifteen years at HeroThemes building customer support software for WordPress. Four products. Tens of thousands of businesses. A lot of tickets.
Over those fifteen years, one conversation kept repeating itself. A customer would tell us their support was working great - and that they’d just launched a Shopify store, or moved their docs to Notion, or spun up a new SaaS dashboard. Could we help there too?
The honest answer for a long time was: not really. Our tools lived where WordPress lived.

After fifteen years building customer support software at HeroThemes, I’ve spent my career obsessed with one question: how do you make software feel as human as a good conversation?
At HelpJet I lead product and story - designing the way our AI listens, thinks, and resolves so that every customer feels heard.
When I’m not in front of a screen, you’ll find me planning the next UK coast walk. The long-term plan is to string the whole thing together, one weekend at a time.

As a seasoned computer scientist, I spent years tackling complex challenges for leading UK companies in the finance and telecoms sector.
Now, as Lead Developer at HeroThemes and HelpJet, I leverage that expertise to build the systems that power both - from the WordPress tools trusted by tens of thousands of businesses, to the AI platform we’re building here.
When I’m not writing code, you can find me conquering trails on my quest to discover the UK’s best mountain bike parks.
