  • New: Page Embed: place the chat inline on any page, separate from the floating widget. The Embed tab became Deploy, with a tab per channel.
  • New: Help Scout integration. Connect a mailbox, train a bot from past conversations within a date range, and get AI-drafted replies inside Help Scout with HelpJet Assist.
