Why does it say some answers are not on my site?

Because a good chatbot only answers from your content. If your pages don't say what your opening hours or return window are, the bot says it doesn't know instead of guessing. Each gap comes with a note on what to add, so the bot can answer it next time.

Are these answers what my HelpJet bot would actually say?

They are a close preview. The bot follows the same rules: it speaks for your business, uses only your content and says plainly when something is missing. The live bot reads more pages, matches the tone you choose and picks up new content when your site changes.

Why did the preview fail for my site?
