HelpJet now has a Free plan and a Pro plan, billed through Stripe.

  • New: Free plan with 1 bot and 100 interactions a month, and Pro with 3 bots and 1,000 interactions a month plus a 14-day free trial. An interaction is one visitor message and the bot's answer.
  • New: Pro add-ons: extra bots, interaction packs, and removal of the Powered by HelpJet badge.
  • New: Usage is metered per organization, so every member's bots share the same allowance.
  • New: Contact in the sidebar sends a message to HelpJet support from inside the app.
  • Fixed: Training from WordPress sites with unusual post types.
