Bot Goals.

Give a bot a goal and it will work toward it in conversation.

  • New: Goals page per bot. Choose a goal (for example sending visitors to a sign-up page or capturing a lead), and the bot offers a call to action in chat when it fits. Offers and clicks are tracked.
  • Improved: Satisfaction and resolution rates on the bot dashboard now include every past conversation, not only recent ones.
  • Improved: When you train from a WordPress site, posts, pages, and articles are preselected.
  • Fixed: Teaching a bot from the Train & Test Bot chat sometimes did not save what you taught it.
  • Fixed: Creating a bot with no training data selected is now stopped with a message instead of producing an empty bot.
  • Security: Fixes from a security review of the dashboard.
