Logo
Use the full-colour logo wherever possible. On dark or photographic backgrounds, use the white version. The standalone mark is for square spaces like avatars and app icons.
Colour
Indigo is the heart of the HelpJet palette, supported by a deep navy and a lighter purple accent. Click any value to copy it.

Typography
Aspekta is our single typeface: a clean, neutral sans-serif that carries everything from display headlines to body copy and UI. It ships as a variable font, so weights from 100 to 900 give us a full range of emphasis without loading anything extra.

Voice & tone
How HelpJet sounds
We sound like a knowledgeable, calm teammate, never a corporate brochure or a chirpy bot. Write the way you’d talk to a smart friend who’s short on time.
Be clear before clever. Lead with the answer, then the detail. Prefer plain words over jargon, short sentences over long ones, and “you” over “users”.
Be warm, not gushing. A little personality is good; exclamation marks and hype are not. We’re confident because we’re competent, not because we’re loud.

Logo usage
A few simple rules keep the logo looking its best everywhere it appears.
Keep clear space
Leave padding around the logo at least equal to the height of the mark.
Use the right variant for the background
Colour or black on light backgrounds; white on dark or busy backgrounds.
Scale proportionally
Always resize the logo from a corner to preserve its proportions.
Don’t stretch or squash
Never distort the logo’s aspect ratio.
Don’t recolour it
Use only the approved colour, black, or white versions.
Don’t add effects
No drop shadows, gradients, outlines, or rotation.
