We fixed the problem our business faced: scaling our support.
We started our first business 10 years ago, developing software for a variety of exciting industries and niches.
As we grew, so did our support inbox. So much so that we struggled to keep on top of our emails. We needed a way to scale our customer support but couldn’t find the right tools for the job, so we built them.
We set out to ease the important task of supporting your customers and sharing knowledge with your community. So you can do what you do best: create great products, drives sales, and run your business, knowing your customers are well cared for.
I started my first business, a forum software design company at age 17, sold it at 19, and haven't stopped building and growing businesses ever since.
Driven by my passion for design and commitment to meeting customer and market demands, I founded HelpJet 3 years ago.
My motivation behind each of my products is to make complex technology accessible to everyday users. I don’t see problems, I see opportunities and solutions, and I create them.
When I'm not behind my computer designing our next product, I like to roam the world and discover hidden places on the 7 continents.
I'm a computer scientist by training and conviction. Before working at HelpJet as co-founder and lead developer I worked with some of the UK’s biggest companies solving problems using code.
Now I work as code wrangler-in-chief, to help develop better products for businesses to communicate with their customers.
When I'm not writing code, you can find me out on the trails continuing my quest to find the UK’s best mountain bike parks.
More than just a software company, we're here to help you grow your business with the tools to provide better support, build a community and share knowledge.
